Ferro has implemented this global toll-free supplier hotline as part of our continuing efforts to assure compliance with the Corporation's legal and ethical policies.  The purpose of this hotline is to enable suppliers to raise confidentially…and if they wish, anonymously…issues that they believe may involve violation of Ferro’s legal and ethical conduct policies.    
 
Ferro expects the actions of its directors, officers and employees to be consistent with its legal and ethical conduct policies.  Some examples of Ferro’s policies include: 

• Compliance with applicable laws regulating competition and anti-competitive procedures;
• No acceptance of gifts, payments, fees, services, vacations, loans, or valuable privileges (other than common courtesies usually associated with accepted business practices); and 
• No payments made by or on behalf of Ferro and nothing of value given directly or indirectly to a foreign official for the purpose of influencing a decision or gaining business.    

We ask that you address daily transactional issues such as deliveries, payments or other related items with your assigned Ferro contact. 

If you wish to raise an issue on this hotline, please call the number listed at the top of this document.  Leave your name, telephone number and a short description of the issue.  Your message will then be referred to the appropriate person in Ferro management and that person will respond back to you directly.

If you wish to remain anonymous, your issue will be directed to the appropriate person, but we obviously will not then be able to respond back to you directly.
