CORDOBOND® epoxy repair systems for industrial, marine, utility and other demanding maintenance applications produce long-lasting repairs with outstanding impact strength, tensile strength and abrasion resistance. These liquid and paste formulations bond tenaciously to most materials for effective repair of pinholes and ruptures to complete breaks in pipes, tanks, flanges, machinery casings, etc., including equipment carrying water, low-pressure steam, gases, petroleum, alcohol and caustics. Specialized grades range from CORDOBOND Sealer for small holes; to CORDOBOND Steel Putty for repairs that can be drilled, tapped and machined; to CORDOBOND Underwater Epoxy for repairs in dry, wet or submerged conditions.

CORDOBOND Leveling Compound
CORDOBOND Leveling Compound is a two-component, easily applied, repair material consisting of resin plus reinforcing filler and activator. When the activator is mixed into the resin, it produces a fast-curing, tough, reinforced fairing compound that will bridge and smooth over large pitted areas.

|
CORDOBOND Red Putty
CORDOBOND Red Putty is a two component, high strength repair material consisting of Resin plus reinforcing filler and Activator. When Resin and Activator are mixed, there is a progressive exotherm that produces a material of stiff, putty-like consistency.
CORDOBOND Red Putty, when cured, can be drilled, threaded, machined, filed or hacksawed. Abrasion and corrosion resistant, it is not affected by moderately high or sub-zero temperatures. CORDOBOND Red Putty requires no external heat.

|
CORDOBOND Sealer
CORDOBOND Sealer is a three-component, high-strength repair material, consisting of resin, activator and reinforcing filler. When mixed together, a fast chemical reaction takes place to produce a tough, hard patch.

|
CORDOBOND Standard Resin
CORDOBOND PATCHING AND BONDING COMPOUND is a two-component, liquid, high tensile strength repair material, consisting of resin and activator. When mixed together, a chemical reaction takes place to produce a hard, tough thermosetting resin seal. CORDOBOND Standard Resin is used to saturate high strength Glass Cloth, Mat or Tape to provide dimensional stability, impact and tensile strength. It is abrasion and corrosion resistant and is not affected by moderately high or sub-zero temperatures.

|
CORDOBOND Steel Putty
CORDOBOND Steel Putty is a two-component, high-strength repair material, consisting of resin plus reinforcing filler and activator. When the activator is added to the resin, an exothermic reaction takes place that produces a progressively thicker paste of putty-like consistency.
CORDOBOND Steel Putty, when cured, can be drilled threaded, machined, filed or hack-sawed.

Underwater CORDOBOND epoxy repair system
Underwater CORDOBOND epoxy repair system is an advanced two-part workable paste for repairing medium to large holes, cracks and other defects in a variety of materials located in dry, moist, wet or submerged environments. Unlike conventional epoxy, it permeates water molecules and adheres tenaciously to the substrate, producing high strength, long lasting repairs with outstanding impact strength, tensile strength, and abrasion resistance.
