Benzyl Phthalates, Santicizer® 160 and Santicizer® 261, are used in Urethane Elastomers to improve and modify production and final product properties. The permanence of Benzyl Phthalates makes them a perfect additive for reducing total formulation costs and modifying the physical properties. Santicizer® reduces the Shore A Hardness and Modulus, and increases the elongation of elastomers with minimal effects on the shear and tensile strength of the finished product. Our phosphate esters can be used in fire retardant elastomer formulations.
