Product Description
Petrac® 165 WAX Lubricant is recommended for use in rigid PVC compounds to control external lubrication and fusion. The recommended use levels for 165 WAX are 0.5-1.5 phr.
Petrac® 165 WAX is suitable for use in food packaging applications in accordance with the Food and Drug Administration's Code of Federal Regulations. The product is identified in Subpart B of the Indirect Food Additive Regulation, Paragraph 178.3710. While there are no limitations as to the quantity allowed, the amount should not exceed that which is reasonably required to accomplish the intended technical effect.
