Product Description
Petrac® 215 WAX Lubricant is recommended for use in rigid PVC compounds to control external lubrication and provide a high gloss surface. The recommended use levels for 215 WAX are 0.05-0.2 phr.
Petrac® 215 WAX is suitable for use in food packaging applications in accordance with the Food and Drug Administrations Code of Federal Regulations. The product is identified in Subpart B of the Indirect Food Additive Regulation, Paragraph 178.1620. While there are no limitations as to the quantity allowed, the amount should not exceed that which is reasonably required to accomplish the intended technical effect.
