Since 1979 Ornella Bignami has been the heart and soul of her own design studio in Milan, Elementi Moda, leading a team of 15 staff, and developing together with her clients creative products and innovative projects, from the birth of a concept through to the final design.

Thanks to more than 20 years of ongoing dialogue with professionals in the field and a talent for aligning and deciphering major trends and social change, Ornella has achieved high credibility and a wealth of experience in the textiles and fashion industries.

From fibres to threads, colours to fabrics, clothing and garments to accessories and cosmetics, from home decorating to lifestyle, Ornella Bignami collaborates with companies that have made creativity the essential element of their production processes.

Ornella Bignami is a member of prestigious trend committees such as Première Vision, Moda In, Expofil and Pitti Filati.

She facilitates conferences relating to innovative fibres and new technologies, for conventions and international round table events:
