Also the color manufacturer Ferro Italia will be present at the exhibition dedicated to industrial design, taking place in Bologna during the same days of Cersaie (27 Sept. - 1 October 2005) and organized by the cultural association Plana - Milan in cooperation with ‘Alisea’, a well known art gallery in Bologna.

Ferro will exhibit its 2005 diary and a note-book developed with Alisea. The peculiarity of these unique objects is that their covers were made of plastic waste from industrial processes combined with some Ferro stains. Evidence that a proper combination between environmental care and creativity is possible.

The initiative will be part of a section called EthicalDesign ‘DesignEtico’, a Plana brand, identifying a project with the aim of making aware the design world, and not only, of the ethical aspects involving our daily life.

This project has already received an important support, Mimmo Rotella Foundation’s, whose 2006 diary will be presented on the occasion of the ‘Grandesign’ exhibition taking place at Alisea Gallery in Bologna,  via Azzo Gardino, 8.

The 40 companies awarded with a nomination during the last ‘Salone del Mobile’ in Milan, are the exhibitors at the event.
