For the second year, Ferro will share with its customers a ceramic trends publication that is a bit different from the ones issued in the past, mainly focused on technical items.

Aiming to give an overview of styles, materials and color fashion trends in 2005 together with some application samples that will be exhibited at Cevisama 2004, MOODS 2005, confirms Ferro's communication strategy.

While Ferro is not a ceramic tile manufacturer, we nonetheless feel the need to acknowledge and embrace this change in culture in order to offer our customers stimulating creative ideas and useful information that goes beyond purely technical characteristics and performance of materials.

A ceramic glaze manufacturer such as Ferro is constantly pushing the boundaries of ceramic technology. However, technology and technical developments in ceramics just by themselves have little appeal to the consumer - the ultimate end user of fashion trends. It is the combination of the latest ceramic glaze technology and fashion trends together, which is interesting for both the premier tile manufacturers and consumers alike.

A first anticipation of 2005 ceramic fashion trends had been done by Ferro for its customers during the last Cersaie. At Cevisama Ferro presents the publication edited in collaboration with Ornella Bignami (Elementi Moda, Milan, Italy) and resuming the guidelines suggested.

Ivory and Ebony, Clay and Chalk, Camouflage and High Visibility are the style, material and color families suggested  together with some Ferro glaze stains.
MOODS 2005 will be published in 3 languages: English, Italian and Spanish.

It follows Moods 2004, edited in 2003, a brochure that was able to collect a significant interest among tile manufacturers and other sector experts worldwide.

Moods 2005 will be available on the Ferro WEB pages immediately after the fair in Spain.
