This Series is a range of 18 bright decoration colors. Together with the transparent base 10117, it offers unlimited color-mixing possibilities. The transparent base can also be used to lighten or overprint colors to increase their gloss.
The colors can be used for screen-printing and handpainting.
For printing we recommend polyester screens from 77 up to 100 threads/cm2 . For best results, we propose the use of our water soluble medium TF 95. The mixing ratio for screen-printing paste is 50-60 parts of medium to 100 parts of color.
For brush applications, water can be added to adjust the paint to the desired viscosity. Equipment and screens can be cleaned with water.
For mixing, we suggest using a triple-roller mill or other refining machine.
Depending on your production needs, you can obtain a longer drying time by adding 5-10% polyglycol.
