Minerals for Double Charge Vitrified Tiles
We manufacture highly vitreous mineral phase compositions designed for double-charged porcelain stoneware tiles as well as single fast fired tiles. Our pigmented minerals result in a long-wearing tile surface, ideal for heavy traffic areas and large commercial projects.

Our mineral products create high added value to tiles, making them suitable for large size products such as ceramic slabs. These materials were especially designed for double charge at the press and are marketed at controlled humidity to best suit our customers’ operating conditions.
These decorative tile minerals are produced from slurries by milling frits and raw materials in three lines customized for surface appearance and technical characteristics: Colored Series, Special series and Neutral and Whites series, each for the following applications:
- Single-color plates
- Multi-colored plates
- Granules made and designed for the porcelain stoneware technology, applicable with either double-charge systems or in full mass.
Matt spray-dried powder range of mineral composed of different color intensities; this range is polishable. Mineral compositions are designed to display a surface with the least light reflection possible to obtain the maximum color naturalness. We offer a much wider custom color range, available upon request.
Opaque, transparent matt and glossy spray-dried powder range. These compositions are comprised of selected raw materials to obtain high transparency and high-white shades, with such characteristics of firing shrinkage and expansion coefficient to be compatible with most porcelain stoneware bodies.
Velvety matt, lustre spray-dried powders. Highly vitreous phase compositions, designed to display the best physical and chemical compatibility with porcelain stoneware bodies.
This mineral product range includes variegated ceramic platelets, obtained through custom mixing of neutral, special and colored spray-dried powders, then formed in a circular shape.
