Ferro is a preferred source of electronic grade high purity barium titanate powders and formulations for dielectric products.

Ferro offers a range of electronic grade Barium Titanate (BaTiO3) powders fabricated by solid state synthesis.

Known for a high dielectric constant and piezoelectric properties, our Barium Titanate powders are ideal for a variety of applications that include single layer capacitors (SLC), multilayer ceramic capacitors, (MLCC), lead-free piezoelectric devices, electroluminescent coatings, embedded capacitors, composite polymer films and many other electronics applications.

All Ferro Barium Titanate powders are Pb/Cd free and formulated and processed to be RoHS compliant.
