Silver Conductive Adhesives
Ferro offers flexible silver-filled adhesives with minimum shrinkage and excellent moisture resistance. Our adhesives have been developed for applications that include electrically interconnecting and mechanically bonding components to circuits.
Our silver conductive adhesives can also be tailored to meet many different customer requirements including improved thermal conductivity for thermal management in temperature-sensitive applications such as touch panels, LCD displays, coating and bonding of RFID tags and solar cells.
