Ferro offers a portfolio of gold conductive flakes available in surface areas from 0.23-0.8 microns that exhibit excellent grain size uniformity with homogeneous particle consistency in every production cycle. In addition to our standard gold conductive flakes, our in-house technical expertise allows us to offer custom particle size engineering and manufacturing to specific requirements.

Our highly controlled particle synthesis of gold conductive flakes allows for the surface chemistry to be tailored and optimized to match customers’ needs to specific ink systems. This produces conductive inks, pastes, and adhesives with controlled rheology and viscosity for finer, sharper line definition and lower deposition weight.
