LMC-6044P is a premium black laser marking aerosol product that provides an easy, environmentally preferred clean-up. It can be used on a variety of materials such as ceramic, tile, dinnerware, mugs, sanitaryware, porcelain, glassware and other types of glass including automotive glass, spandrel glass, and container glass. 

LMC-6044P black laser marking aerosol utilizes a patented laser bonding technology that offers a unique non-damaging solution to mark glass, ceramics, and porcelain with permanent, high-resolution marks.

LMC-6044P BLACK AEROSOL FOR LASER MARKING ON GLASS 
A laser can be used to fuse LMC-6044P aerosol to the surface of glass, creating an additive mark. LMC-6044P can be applied to the substrate, dried and marked with a laser.

Marks made on glass by LMC 6044P are are chemically resistant to several acids and bases and have survived a variety of abrasive tests. 

Laser Marking on Ceramics

Ferro’s CerMark LMC-6044P black aerosol can be used to create pre-firing and post-firing marks on ceramics.

The pre-fire marks withstand high-temperature heat treatment, making the LMC-6044P black aerosol ideal for applications such as identifying tile bodies before glazing or for ceramic containers used in high-temperature manufacturing processes.

Post-fire marks can also be made with LMC-6044P on ceramic substrates, including creating marks on the back of ceramic floor tiles.
