95 Series Single-Pack System (N. America)
Ferro's environmentally-friendly, organic waterborne coatings are ready to use for dip coating and spray application decoration of glass bottles and containers.
The 95 Series is a heavy metal-free one-component system of organic waterborne coatings specially formulated for the North American market for use in dip coating and spray application for the decoration of glass containers such as cosmetic and beverage bottles.
Using our inter-mixable base system, these waterborne coatings are available in a wide range of colors, providing decorators with an almost infinite number of colors for innovative design.
The 95 Series has good adhesion and is available with various decorative effects that include: transparent, frost, metallic, pearlescent, fluorescent, UV-protective, glossy or matte finishes.
Note: Curing at 210°C is essential to achieve the desired adhesion and abrasion resistance.

Color Mixing
We offer a standard mixing palette of colors, which gives our customers the flexibility of tailoring mixings and color matches on-site.
Our basic mixing capabilities include providing high-gloss clears, opaque, metallic, pearlescent and matte colors to colored imitation acid etches. These coating mixes can be applied singly or in combination as an all-over even finish, or to deliver diffused flow-out effects.
Color Matching
Ferro provides complete custom color matching services to help our customers develop new color shades and coatings according to specific requirements including production methods and desired finishes.
Precise color matching can be achieved using our internal extensive database and color matching expertise. All colors are matched to defined reference samples, to ensure exact and consistent color reproduction from batch to batch. We also work with common color card systems and formula guides like Pantone® and RAL.
